Coyote (xLJ) got a new computer at work, as his was out of date for what he does (chief geek). Work requires the old one be disposed of in a 'proper way' to comply with environmental waste regualtions - donation to good cause is acceptable as long as all data is removed. I gain one PC, minus its hard drives.

I have a working hard drive, from when reallyfrank & vondage gave us some bits.

Cue fdisking, formatting and installing.

Now I have a working PC, and it seems to be stable. So far......

I might be back!! What did I miss?

There was a tornado in North London, apparantly.
But the internet was fortunately not affected.
Oh, and I have a new job at the Old Vic Theatre.

Bah! Your tornado was nothing compared to the one that seemed to surgically destroy a part of Birmingham earlier this year. I say surgical as it was less than 2 miles from my house and I failed to notice it...

Out of interest, it didn't happen to destroy an area of the city that was badly in need of development, did it? Cos that was what happened in Brum. I suspect a cabal of weather witches hiring themselves out to city councils for cheap demolition and insurance scams, you see :)

How can you be massively exited about a job? Is it a job as an exit sign? Or am I being too pedantic about spelling again? :)
