Difficult (currently) to choose another company to deliver your mail though...

I full well remember the number of Omega LRP mailshot letter that never made it every time, it seemed to average about 2%

Doesn't stop me highlighting the problems in the small way I can though. I've lost plenty through the post - and had many problems as a direct result.
