ME Awareness week

Apparently it's ME Awareness week - something that affects a lot of my friends and family - most notably for LJ, reallyfrank & vondage.

Went to 'Safety & Health Expo', which was enlightening.
Had a days work with Arranpaul Audio - which was good, it's been a while. I've also got a get-in with them tomorrow.
Pub quiz was truly bad - we scored 29 of a possible 51, one of our worst ever scores. We suck ;) Curry was OK tho'.
Now time for bed.
