Did riftworld:

Much fun, not too much angst, some terror, plenty of plot. Saw: areteus, bacony ,belisarius_534, elektrobard, kardrath, masati, nathan_h, phyrbyrd, raselhague, salyavin, sarahlascelles, serpentstar, wiserabbit & others who I don't have LJed yet or are xLJ.

Set fire to an insane god!cyborg. Threw a lightstick at a guard-mecha. Attempted to have a warp-hound in the face. Got shot, ricocheted, blown up, rippered and clawed. Put my own gun to my head, realised it wouldn't work and put it away. Fitted a giant cyber wankinghand powerclaw to a new friend. Threw sweets at armed and armoured sentries. Stood on guard during the intense talky bit with the same. Drank tea during the same. Dragged bodies out of a fire fight. Got dragged out myself. Willfully misinfornmed people of new information (Well, I don't know the exact details of who fucked a wolf...)


Summary: event was excellent, I hope I can make the next one and the clash between Vikings and Riftworld resolves as I really want to do both.

Manythanks to: serpentstar for picking me up from the middle of nowhere Penyffordd middle of nowhere and taking me to Chester insetd of penyfarthing on the way home, despite it not being on the way.

Oh, and I also saw the doom board. I laughed.

In my absence ammos & walesboy1972 cleaned my house and brought stuff. Cheers guys, you rock!
