Aug. 24th, 2004 02:22 amWell, this weekend after a 'history of Motown' show gig in Scarborough, I went down to Sussex on Sunday to a Sub Brit dig, or more acuratley - a pump.
Having shifted over 2.5 million litres of water, Sub Brit uncovered a cold war bunker in sussex, and it was a very interesting - in an exceptionally nerdy way - bunker. It's got some unique items in it and we're all really excited. It was also full of smelly brown and black slime, which I manged to get all over myself.
I enjoyed it though.
ephrael took the opportunity to go and pick sunflowers with my mum and
reallyfrank, which was far more fun for her, having been left at my Mum's house that lunchtime.
That's about it really - I'll be at Greenbelt over the bank holiday weekend (and consequently my birthday on Monday), for a change I'm not on the medical team, but I am working it as a volunteer steward as I just like the vibe of meeting ALL the people at once there.
Oh yes, Ford Mondeo (Mk1, 2.01, 5 door hatchback) for sale - £2000 ono. Phone me [0797 104 5059], pictures and details at eBay. Good for a larper really, I don't need it since I bought the doombus.
