(no subject)

I have a new phone - no new number, just a new handset. It's a rather nice Sony Ericsson P900, which is a PDA-cum-phone, that can't read my handwriting (but has the capacity to attempt to). I'm rather chuffed with it, as it olnly cost £5. My boss (Aran) at AP Audio paid £500 for his only 9 months ago. He remains the gadget king for being the first person in the known world to have one, but I have £495 spare (I wish).


Let's not bicker and argue about who killed who!

This week I'm off to High Wycombe for a gig, then onto Hayes in Middlesex the next night (same show, different venue) - we found an engineer for it at last, after we'd tried everyone including samharber and a bloke in Spain. Should be fun - I've worked the show before and it's good.

Last night Spooky, Dave (both sans LJ), ephrael & I went out to the park with model rockets - one about 4 feet long - and let them off, thanks to Spooky's l33t rocket skillz. Was great fun - night launching with a payload of a chemical light stick is the way forwards. We'll not make the X-prize, but we had a good time :)

Nothing much else unless you want to hear about shopping (so boring I'm not even going to put it in a cut).
